MDPPA bestowed IP Champion Award

The Motorcycle Development Program Participants Association, Inc. (MDPPA) was recognized as one of this year’s Intellectual Property (IP) Champions by the National Committee on Intellectual Property Rights (NCIPR) headed by the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI) during the 5th Philippine Anti-Counterfeiting and Piracy Summit held at Marriott Hotel Manila on October 26, 2015. The IP Champion Award is a recognition given to the partner individuals and institutions in IP enforcement of the NCIPR.

In behalf of the Association, Ms. Lisette G. Fajardo, member of the MDPPA Government Committee, received the Award from the newly-appointed Director General of the IP Office of the Philippines (IPOPHL) Atty. Josephine R. Santiago and IPOPhil Deputy Director Generals Atty. Nelson P. Laluces and Atty. Allan B. Gepty

The Summit’s theme was “Building Cooperation Across Borders.”
